앱에서 처리하는 정보
MoonCity Player는 회원가입 없이 사용하는 미디어 플레이어입니다. 재생은 인터넷 없이 됩니다. 앱은 개인정보, 미디어 파일, 재생 기록을 개발자 서버로 전송하지 않으며 광고, 사용자 추적, 외부 분석 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다. Android판에서 도시의 지도 미리보기를 열면 OpenStreetMap 타일 서버에서 그 지역의 지도를 받아 오며, 이때 IP 주소가 해당 서버에 전달됩니다. 지도 위치는 앱에 들어 있는 도시 목록의 좌표이며 기기의 위치를 읽지 않습니다.
사용자가 직접 고른 파일(iPhone·iPad는 파일 앱이나 iCloud Drive, Android는 파일 선택기나 다른 앱의 열기·공유)만 앱 안으로 가져옵니다. 가져온 파일, 폴더, 재생목록, 즐겨찾기, 재생 위치와 최근 재생 기록, 재생 통계, 연습 구간과 메모, 도시 연결, 이퀄라이저·밸런스·언어 등 설정은 기기에 저장됩니다. 홈 화면 위젯은 같은 기기 안에서 재생 정보를 읽습니다. 기기 설정에 따라 운영체제 백업(iPhone·iPad는 iCloud 백업, Android는 Google 계정 백업)에 포함될 수 있습니다. Android의 Google 계정 백업에는 가져온 미디어 파일이 포함되지 않습니다.
삭제
가져온 파일과 폴더는 앱의 파일 브라우저에서 삭제할 수 있습니다. 재생 기록과 설정을 포함한 앱 데이터 전체를 기기에서 제거하려면 앱을 삭제하세요. Android에서는 기기 설정의 앱 정보 → 저장공간에서 ‘데이터 삭제’를 눌러도 됩니다. 운영체제 백업은 기기 또는 계정의 백업 설정에서 별도로 관리하세요.
문의와 웹사이트
지원 이메일로 문의하면 제공한 이메일 주소와 문의 내용을 답변에 사용합니다. 민감한 개인정보를 보내지 마세요. 문의 메일은 답변 후 1년간 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다. 그 전에 삭제를 원하면 같은 이메일 주소로 요청하세요. 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
이 방침은 iOS·iPadOS와 Android용 MoonCity Player 앱에 적용됩니다. moonbc.com 방문 시 웹 호스팅·워드프레스 및 설치된 플러그인이 처리하는 접속 기록이나 쿠키는 앱의 처리와 별개입니다.

Information handled by the app
MoonCity Player is a media player with no account requirement. Playback works without an internet connection. The app does not send personal information, media files, or playback history to a developer server. It uses no ads, user tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs. On Android, opening a city’s map preview loads map tiles for that area from OpenStreetMap’s tile servers, which receive your IP address with the request. The map shows a location from the app’s built-in city list; the app does not read your device’s location.
Only files you pick yourself are imported into the app (from the Files app or iCloud Drive on iPhone and iPad; through the file picker, or by opening or sharing from another app, on Android). Imported files, folders, playlists, favorites, playback positions and recent playback, listening statistics, practice sections and notes, city links, and settings such as equalizer, balance, and language are stored on your device. The home screen widget reads playback information on the same device. Depending on device settings, this data may be included in operating-system backups (iCloud Backup on iPhone and iPad, Google account backup on Android). Android’s Google account backup leaves out imported media files.
Deleting data
Delete imported files and folders in the app’s file browser. Delete the app to remove all its locally stored data, including playback history and settings. On Android, you can also tap Clear storage under App info → Storage in device settings. Manage operating-system backups separately in device or account backup settings.
Support and this website
If you email support, the email address and message you provide are used to respond. Do not send sensitive personal information. Support emails are kept for one year after we reply and then deleted. To have yours deleted sooner, ask from the same email address and we will delete it without delay.
This policy covers the MoonCity Player app for iOS, iPadOS, and Android. Hosting, WordPress, and installed plugins on moonbc.com may process website access logs or cookies separately from the app.
