파일은 어떻게 넣나요?
브라우저 탭의 + 버튼을 눌러 파일 앱이나 iCloud Drive에서 파일을 고르세요. Android에서는 브라우저 탭의 + 버튼으로 파일 선택기를 열거나, 다른 앱에서 ‘열기’·‘공유’로 MoonCity Player에 보내면 됩니다. 고른 파일은 앱 안으로 복사되어 오프라인으로 재생됩니다.
재생되지 않는 파일이 있어요.
파일이 손상되었거나 DRM(저작권 보호)이 걸린 파일은 재생할 수 없습니다. 다른 기기에서도 재생되는지 확인한 뒤, 안 되면 파일 형식과 함께 문의해 주세요.
화면을 끄면 소리가 멈춰요.
설정의 ‘백그라운드 재생’(Android는 Background Playback)이 켜져 있는지 확인하세요.
언어는 어디서 바꾸나요?
iPhone·iPad에서는 설정에서 한국어와 영어 중에서 고를 수 있습니다. Android 앱 화면은 지금은 영어로만 제공됩니다.
계정이나 인터넷이 필요한가요?
아니요. 계정 없이 오프라인으로 재생합니다. Android판의 도시 지도 미리보기만 지도를 받아 오기 위해 인터넷을 씁니다. 기기 간 동기화 기능은 없습니다.
오픈소스 라이선스
재생 엔진은 MobileVLCKit(libVLC)이며 LGPL v2.1을 따릅니다. 앱의 설정 → 오픈소스 라이선스에서도 확인할 수 있습니다. Android판은 AndroidX Media3(Apache 2.0), LibVLC(LGPL v2.1), osmdroid(Apache 2.0)를 쓰며 Settings → Open Source Licenses에 있습니다.

Please include the affected screen, steps to reproduce, the file format (extension), device model, iOS or Android version, and the app version shown in Settings. Do not send passwords or sensitive personal information.
How do I add files?
Tap + in the Browser tab and pick files from the Files app or iCloud Drive. On Android, tap + in the Browser tab to open the file picker, or send files to MoonCity Player with Open with or Share from another app. They are copied into the app and play offline.
A file won’t play.
Damaged files and DRM-protected files cannot be played. Check whether the file plays on another device; if it does, contact us with the file format.
Sound stops when the screen turns off.
Make sure Background Playback is on in Settings.
How do I change the language?
On iPhone and iPad, choose Korean or English in Settings. The Android app is in English for now.
Do I need an account or internet access?
No. Playback works offline without an account. Only the city map preview in the Android app uses the internet, to load map tiles. There is no sync between devices.
Open source licenses
